Gary graduated in 2002 from Professional Skills Institute with a 4.0 GPA as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). He is a Microsoft Certified Professional(MCP) in Security Design Administration and has earned his CompTIA A+ Certification. Since then he has worked within the IT industry in technical support. Gary has a wide range of knowledge in computer systems, and networking technology.
Additional field experience includes business management, marketing, finances, and specializes in customer service needs. He is a loving father of seven and devoted husband to Heather which he says is his secret weapon.

Heather graduated in 1996 from Owens Community College and is very knowledgeable with Customer Service. The ability to understand people and family values makes Heather an important asset to PHDPC. Heather has experience with team leadership, customer service, finances, and is a loving mother and wife.

Kris Rohweder Co-Founder
1996, Penta County certification in Business Computer Technologies. 2001, Obtained CompTIA A+ certification for computer hardware, and software specialization. 2004, Graduated from Stautzenberger College with a degree in Network Systems Administrator. Kris has experience in the IT industry with technical support, hardware specialization, networking technology.
Additional field experience includes business management, marketing, inventory, finances, and more inportantly a specialization in customer service needs.
